In alignment with our commitment to professionalism and providing a stress-free and streamlined client experience,, the licensing required for all typical organizational use is included within the agreed-upon booking rate. We uphold Clear, honest communication to ensure all usage rights are understood from the start.

II. Standard Organizational Usage License (Client Rights)

Upon full payment, Dodi Images grants the client (the organization or agency) a broad, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the final, professionally edited images.

This inclusive license is structured to support professional and organizational use, allowing clients to confidently utilize the images for all their essential communication needs, including:

• Web and online platforms

• Internal communications (Intranets, newsletters, training)

• Presentations and pitch decks

• Reports and official documentation

• General Marketing materials and public-facing collateral

III. Expanded Marketing License (Major Advertising)

Usage that significantly expands the image's public visibility or commercial reach, such as display on billboards or in other forms of Major Public Advertising campaigns, requires an Expanded Marketing License.

This separate licensing tier is necessary because high-impact deployment increases the commercial value and reach of the visual documentation. The fee for this usage is calculated based on factors such as:

• Duration (length of display time)

• Reach (geographic size and scope of placement)

• Exclusivity (if required by the client's campaign)

IV. Copyright and Creative Ownership (Photographer Rights)

The original copyright of all images captured remains the sole property of Dodi Images. The client purchases a license for use, not ownership of the creative work.

Dodi Images retains the right to use the images for:

1. Portfolio Display: To showcase the quality and scope of work delivered to our institutional clientele (including Government agencies and Corporate teams and executives).

2. Self-Promotion and Advertising: To demonstrate our proven track record of delivering Consistency in quality and Honest, Elevated, and Purpose-driven results.

This retention protects our creative ownership and is vital to our ability to attract new institutional partners who rely on demonstrated Reliable expertise.
