A relaxed, unhurried session for one leader. We try a few looks and backgrounds, at your office or a spot nearby, and coach posing and expression so the photos look like you on a good day.

We set up a mini studio in a conference room or quiet corner of your office. Your team steps in for about 3 to 4 minutes each, 15 to 20 people an hour, so the workday keeps moving. Everyone gets the same lighting and backdrop, so your team page finally matches.

From first email to final photos

Plan it

Tell us your date, office address, and how many people. We send a clear quote within 1 business day and help you set a schedule.

STEP 2

Shoot day

We arrive early, set up lights and a backdrop, and move each person through in about 3 to 4 minutes. A group photo is included.

STEP 3

Get your photos

Edited photos land in a private online gallery within 48 hours, ready for your website, LinkedIn, and press.

1 executive, 1-hour session, full edited gallery of about 10 photos.

Teams of 8 to 20

$2,000

Up to 7 people is $200 each ($1,000 minimum). 2 edited photos each, plus a group photo.

Large Teams

$3,500 / up to 50

Up to 100 people is $5,500. Over 100 is $55 each. Same photos included.

How long does each person take?

About 3 to 4 minutes per person, or 15 to 20 people an hour. We keep a steady pace so people can step away from their desk and get right back to work.

What do we need to provide?

Just a small room or a quiet corner of your office. We bring the lights, backdrop, and everything else.

Do the photos get retouched?

Yes. Every photo gets standard skin retouching, so everyone looks polished but still like themselves.

Where do you work?

We're based in the Bay Area and come to offices in San Francisco, Oakland, Silicon Valley, and Sacramento. We also cover Los Angeles, Orange County, Long Beach, and San Diego.
