We arrive early, set up the studio, and photograph each guest in about 3 minutes. Guests leave their email so their photo goes straight to them.

About 15 to 20 people an hour. That's usually 60 to 80 headshots in a half day and 120 to 160 in a full day.
How much space do you need?
About a 10 by 10 foot area near a power outlet. We bring the lights, backdrop, and everything else.
When do guests get their photos?
Each guest receives their headshot by email within 48 hours, and the organizer or sponsor gets the full gallery.
Can a sponsor brand the lounge?
Yes. For $750 we add the sponsor's logo to every photo and every delivery email, so the brand travels with each headshot.
Can you send a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We carry $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate general liability, and we send a certificate of insurance to your venue before load-in.
How much does a headshot booth cost?
A half day (up to 4 hours) is $3,500 and a full day (up to 8 hours) is $5,500. Each extra day of a multi-day event is $5,500, and sponsor branding is $750. One simple day rate, no per-person counting.

Yes. We set up headshot lounges at Moscone Center in San Francisco, the Los Angeles Convention Center, the Anaheim Convention Center, the San Diego Convention Center, and hotel ballrooms across California.

Yes. We set up headshot lounges at the Los Angeles Convention Center, downtown LA hotels, and venues across LA County.
Do you do headshot booths in San Francisco and the Bay Area?
Yes. We are based in the Bay Area and work at Moscone Center and venues in San Francisco, Oakland, and Silicon Valley.
Do you do headshot booths in Orange County and Anaheim?
Yes, including the Anaheim Convention Center and hotels in Irvine and Newport Beach.

A conference headshot lounge is $3,500 for a half day and $5,500 for a full day. Team headshots at your office start at $600 for up to 3 people.
Do you charge travel within California?
No. Travel anywhere in California is included in our price.
Can you set up a headshot lounge in a hotel ballroom?
Yes. We just need a 10 by 10 foot space near a power outlet, and we send the hotel a certificate of insurance before load-in.
Can you come to our California office for a team Headshot Day?
Yes. We set up a studio at your office and photograph your whole team in one day.
Are you a California DVBE for state agency conferences?
Yes. We are California DVBE and SBA SDVOSB certified, registered in SAM.gov, and we accept purchase orders.
