Most of our work happens in San Francisco. Recent events include the A&O Shearman mixer at 140 Montgomery, the Monetization Salon at 25 Lusk, Stripe events, YC Startup School, Mixpanel, and the JVS Founders Lunch. Here are the big venues we plan around.

San Francisco Marriott MarquisThe Yerba Buena Ballroom is 39,621 sq ft, with room for 5,500 at a reception.
Hilton San Francisco Union Square134,888 sq ft of event space across 45 rooms, including a Grand Ballroom of about 30,000 sq ft.

Do you photograph events in San Francisco often?

Yes. Most of our work happens in San Francisco and Oakland, for tech companies, law firms, and nonprofits.

Can you photograph at Moscone Center?

Yes. For big shows we plan coverage hall by hall and can add photographers so sessions and the expo floor are covered at the same time.

Can you photograph an event at our office?

Yes. We cover all-hands meetings, launch parties, salons, and team headshot days at offices around SoMa, the Financial District, and Mission Bay.

Can you add headshots to our event?

Yes. We can run a headshot station during your event so your team gets updated photos.

Can you send a certificate of insurance to the venue?

Yes. We carry $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate general liability, and we send a certificate of insurance to the venue or your event contractor before load-in.

How fast do we get photos?

Free preview photos are delivered the next day, and your full edited gallery follows within 48 hours.
