These terms govern all photography services provided by Dodi Images. Payment of your invoice constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

1. SERVICES

Dodi Images provides professional photography services including conference photography, corporate event photography, executive headshots, brand photography, nonprofit photography, and government photography across California. Service scope, deliverables, and project details are outlined on your invoice prior to payment.

2. PAYMENT

Full payment is required prior to your shoot or event date. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received in full. Accepted payment methods:

  • All major credit cards via Stripe

  • ACH bank transfer

  • Wire transfer

  • Purchase order (qualified government and enterprise clients only)

Payment of your invoice serves as your agreement to these Terms of Service and the project details outlined on the invoice.

3. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Payments are fully refundable within 72 hours of the transaction date. After 72 hours, payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel after the 72-hour window, your payment converts to a statement credit valid for 90 days from the original payment date. Statement credits can be applied to any future Dodi Images project booked within that 90-day period. Statement credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. If Dodi Images cancels a confirmed booking due to circumstances on our end, a full refund will be issued regardless of timing.

4. RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling requests must be submitted to hello@dodiimages.com as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the shoot date may not be accommodated. In that case the cancellation and refund policy above applies.

5. IMAGE DELIVERY

Edited images are delivered within 48 hours of your shoot or event date via a private, password-protected online gallery. You will receive the full edited gallery from your session. Images are provided in high-resolution digital format suitable for print and web use. Same-day preview sets for press or social media use are available upon request for conference and multi-day events. Dodi Images is not responsible for technical issues on the client's end that prevent access to delivered galleries. Gallery links are active for 90 days after delivery. Please download your images promptly.

6. IMAGE LICENSING

All images created by Dodi Images remain the intellectual property of Dodi Images. Clients receive a commercial license for agreed upon uses as outlined below. Standard Commercial License (included with all projects) Covers internal use, company website, social media, press materials, and annual reports. License is perpetual for organic and editorial use. Expanded Commercial License (available upon request) Covers paid advertising, print campaigns, out-of-home advertising, and broadcast use. One-year license from delivery date. Pricing provided at time of booking. Full Commercial License (available upon request) Covers all uses including exclusivity, multi-platform advertising, and extended campaign use. Two-year license from delivery date. Pricing provided at time of booking. No license tier grants exclusivity unless explicitly negotiated in writing prior to the shoot date. AI Training Prohibition Images delivered by Dodi Images may not be used to train, fine-tune, or develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models — by the client, any third party the client works with, or any platform the client uploads to. Violation of this clause is subject to a licensing fee of three times the applicable commercial rate. Unauthorized Use Use of images beyond the scope of your licensed tier without prior written approval is subject to a fee of three times the applicable commercial rate for the unauthorized use.

7. PORTFOLIO & MARKETING USE

Dodi Images reserves the right to use images from any project for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before the shoot date. Government clients and clients with confidentiality requirements should notify us in writing at hello@dodiimages.com prior to booking. Reasonable confidentiality requests will be honored.

8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The client is responsible for:

  • Ensuring all participants and locations are arranged and accessible at the scheduled time

  • Obtaining any necessary permits or permissions for shoot locations not arranged by Dodi Images

  • Providing accurate project information at the time of booking

  • Being available or designating a point of contact on shoot day

Late starts due to client-side delays do not extend the scheduled shoot time.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

Dodi Images will not be held liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, illness, or emergency situations. In such cases we will work with the client to reschedule at the earliest available opportunity or issue a full refund.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Dodi Images' total liability to the client for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that project. In the unlikely event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstance that prevents delivery of images, our liability is limited to a full refund of the amount paid. We are not responsible for additional costs incurred by the client.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.

12. UPDATES TO THESE TERMS

Dodi Images reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted to dodiimages.com/terms-of-service with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
